Why do I see "Please contact your site administrator" when I try to upgrade?
Hi! I am trying to figure out what is going on with our Weebly site (www.crosswindpta.com). We are trying to make changes, but have been told we need to upgrade our plan before we are allowed to publish the new ones. We have since upgraded to Square Pro, but it is still showing that we need to upgrade in weebly. When I click upgrade, it either tells me to contact site administrator or it's a broken link. There are 2 admins on the site, and if I log into either of those accounts, it does the same thing. What is going on?!

Unfortunately it's not possible to even guess what's going on with your account and website as the volunteer community members don't have the ability to access user accounts. The small business owners here are experienced with Square's Apps and Hardware but, you need someone from Customer or Tech Support who has the ability to look at what's going on behind the scenes. It could be a simple setting or something technical. Square is not reporting any production system issues so far today as per this site so one can rule that possibility out (we always check this site first for strange issues) - thus contacting support would be your next step.
