Why can't I swipe cards with ASUS Zenpad and Square?

My ASUS ZenPad does not seem to "see" my reader. When trying to take a payment only the manual credit card info appears.

@Wbitternamm I'm sorry to hear that. Some models of the ASUS ZenPad are not compatible with the Contactless and Chip Card reader, but all of the models that are hardware team have tested are compatible with the Square Magstripe reader. Which ZenPad do you have? Have you tried these troubleshooting steps yet?
