Why are people using iphones and macbooks not able to pay on my website?

i have a wordpress site with squarespace scheduling using square payments embedded into my scheduling directly to website.  3 people have called me in the last 24 hours saying they finish  booking the appointment and enter in their credit card details to pay.  once this is done and they click pay they are receiving no error and the site just refreshes itself back to the original scheduling page.  have no clue whats going on.  please help!  worked fine on my macbook but 2 customers have had this problem.
