Why am I getting 404 error message when I go to view item in square?

Help me, Obi Wan!

I'm trying to view my new online item by clicking "view in square" and it gives me a 404 error.  I've done this with all the other items and it's fine.

Another issue we are having is with shipping. Now that we can see the items and click on them it does not seem to show shipping as an option. Only pickup or local delivery. We have selected all 3 options on the items and have created a shipping profile etc. I am sure it's an easy fix but can't seem to figure it out. Thanks
