Whole Staff is receiving copy of Invoice Sent.
We are having a hard time getting permission set up. None of our staff can do a return or run reports without the bosses' number.
Today our whole staff sent a email receipt for an invoice sent to a customer.
What would cause that?
And how can we allow staff to do returns and search transactions and reports?

Hello @punkystyle.
You can edit your team permissions to give your employees the ability to run reports. However, this can only be done by the account owner in the Square Dashboard under Team Permissions. Take a look at this article. If a customer received an email receipt upon their purchase this is due to their information already stored in the system.
