Where can I find the OAuth access token?

Hi guys.
I just want to ask that if I am using test account not in production and I want to get the code for access token as per the requirements of the Oauth. How can I get it.
I have been trying but it only gives code in production environment not when using with sandbox account.

Tyr going here and then select Your Test account and your Tokens should pop up

sandbox-test-accounts 

You will need to sign in to your Sandbox account.
