When i try to make a paymeny its not reading the card

When I try to charge the credit cards it's not reading it and I have to enter it manually. I check the connecting to blue to and it's ready to use. Not sure what's wrong

So sorry for the trouble you are experiencing! It sounds like you are having trouble with the Contactless & Chip Card reader? - is this correct? If so, is there a specific error message you are getting when you try to dip your card in the chip reader?

You may want to give these troubleshooting steps a try. Doing so will ensure that both your hardware firmware and your software are up to date, and help diagnose any outstanding issues that may be lingering.
