I have been using my card reader for a couple of months. I made a sale over the weekend but it didn't deposit into my account on Monday. So I went in to my square up app to check the deposit date & transaction history but everything was gone. It was asking me to register as if I have never used square up before. There is nothing there no bank info, no transaction history, no nothing can someone please help me?

Thanks for responding but I only have 1 email address that I used. I even went back to double check several times. It has the device name but everything else is gone. I tried contacting them by email but haven't heard back yet.
