What am I missing my new Samsung 8 will not accept the free square I have to punch in the credit card number

Hey @21788 - Sorry to hear you're having issues processing with your reader. To clarify, you are using a Samsung Galaxy S8? If so, it should be compatible with our Magstripe reader. My next question would be, are you running into any error messages or is it not reading the card at all when you swipe it? In either case, I would try both the app troubleshooting and Magstripe troubleshooting steps. If neither of those work out for you, reach out to our CS team and they can take a look to make sure everything is good to go on our end.
