What data is shared with Pointy?

 My inventory / stock status are not accurate in Pointy.  Pointy customer support indicates that Square has not shared inventory counts and so that only recent sales data is used to determine stock.

Sorry to hear that @HomeOnTheRange. To use Pointy with Square, each item in your Square item library should have a product barcode numbers. The steps to add barcodes from your Square online Dashboard are here.  

 

If you've already followed these steps and your inventory still isn't accurate I recommend contacting Pointy's Customer Support team at support@pointy.com.
