Solved: Weebly website has disappeared - Page 2

Hello,

I logged in to my weebly account and my published website disappeared. It's as if I never created it. i emailed weebly/square and waited 48 hours yet no one has replied to me.

My website was fully made and it's live, I just can't enter the account or find it to make edits on my account.

PLEASE HELP!

Is it possible that you have more than one Square/Weebly account? Normally whenever we field messages that a site has suddenly disappeared, it can be traced back to logging into a separate account rather than the account with the created website.

If not, we will need you to flag this over to our Support Team directly so that we can assist in troubleshooting (which it sounds like you have done through email). It may take a bit of time for us to work through our queues and get to your email request, but you can also feel free to call at any time!

SAme exact thing here. And customer support is absolutely no help. They basically just say well you lost your weebly site, just build a new one on square now. After spending countless hours creating a weebly site.

I also have this problem. I recently logged in for the first time since 2022, and was asked to create and link a Square account (which I did). But when I log into my Weebly account, my existing website - which I built with Weebly and is hosted there - does not appear in the dashboard. My domain registrar is GoDaddy.

When I check my Weebly account page, I can see my previous logins from 2022 and 2021, but no Order History, no Services, even though I purchased a 2-year extension on 26 Nov 2022. I just want to access and edit my website. Can anyone help??
