Hello!
Some problems with the site builder. Something strange is happening and it is ruining what I am doing.
Look at the first picture, this is what I set up and everything looked normal, and today it was changed by itself - the second picture. The rows lost alignment and It doesn't look professional anymore.
So the IT team has to fix it.
Otherwise doesn't make sense to continue spending my time for something that doesn't work properly.
Please solve this problem

It would be helpful to see the published result, too. Thanks! If I can’t figure out something quick to help you, I can tag a few Square moderators who lurk on this Seller Community board.

Got it. I was actually looking to see the published page with that item on it. But it’s fine. I was able to quickly edit one of my items and I see the problem. Even the published item doesn’t render like the preview, when the preview is also right. I do believe this is a bug, but I might be wrong. I’m going to make a video, with audio, for the engineers to look at. When I do, I’ll post it here showing my results. It might take a while, but I’ll get to it, and I’ll tag a few Square moderators when I do.

@AnKorn Sorry for the delay. I had to cover for a sick employee last night at the ice cream shop. Ugh. Anyway, here’s my video. Weirdly, this morning when I was making it I could NOT get the editor to act up like you show in your screen shots above. I tried a few times, but the only problem I could now recreate is the rendering of the rich text bulleted list in the online store. Still, it’s a start.
@_Violet @JJ_ @MayaP @Breffni @KatieSQ Could you pass this thread to the engineers to look at? @AnKorn and I both agree that the rich text formatting for bullet points is being inconsistent here, as shown in screen shots and my video. The bulleted list on our web site item listings is wrong, wrong indentation (because it has no indentation), and so forth. As you can see in the video, the rich text editor shows the lists correctly. They just get messed up when they are formatted for display in our stores.

Thanks @RobynR. For me, it looks the same whether I use my iPad or my MacBook Air. Both show the correct formatting in the rich-text edit window, but after saving it my online store still shows the bulleted-list formatting incorrectly. The problem (from my point of view) is not the editor but rather the way that bulleted text is formatted for display in the store.
Having said that, @AnKorn can verify, but from their screen shots it seems that the editing platform they are using might be messing up in the actual description editing window. That’s what I’m seeing, anyway.
