User to Schedule a Delivery in Advance?

I would like my user to be able to place an order for delivery 90 days in advance. I have everything filled out correctly under the delivery options, but it continues to only show the next available time on the item page/cart. I've seen this question asked many times in 2020, but nothing recent. Surely there is a way to do this. 

 

I keep selecting NO beside "Calculate & assign delivery times automatically" but reverts back to yes every time I save.
