Is anyone else having issues with unit costs? I have entered the costs manually when setting up each item, but they do not show up in any of my reports. The cost is there when I open the item, but not there when I look at projected profit, or under costs of good sold. I've also tried "importing costs" and followed the instructions to a tee, and it says "imported 0 costs." I am getting frustrated, since I upgraded to the square for retail specifically in order to be able to manage my costs.
Anyone else having issues?

yep, same here. I spent several hours filling out the costs on the spreadsheet and imported. It told me it successfully imported 560 costs (not all of them) but then the costs are not translating to reports or showing up if I click on the item itself either. I tried re-importing and it told me it skipped importing 560 previously added unit costs and they are still not there.
Waited several hours thinking maybe there is a delay, but still nothing. Would love to hear if you figure something out

Thanks for flagging and sorry to hear about the trouble.
Generally speaking, Inventory Plus reports require a Unit Cost for each of your items. There are three options to define your Unit Cost:
- online bulk import
- receiving Purchase Orders
- manually updating your stock with your online Square Dashboard

I believe there actually was just a delay in the reports updating on my end. Most of them are displaying now and I didn't do anything new. Having trouble getting a few to update still, but I will just do those manually.
