Just upgraded my phone and am unable to take photos or add photos from my phone's image library on a Samsung Galaxy A53. I get the "Unable to load image" error when both trying to add a product photo from the image library or taking a photo directly with the app.
I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Square, updating all phone software, and scaling down image sizes, changing aspect ratios etc. Does anyone have any other workarounds or solutions for this issue?
I am still able to take photos for products in the square app using my old device, a Samsung S7, and an older iPhone.

Hey @nomadicant,
I noticed it's your first post, welcome to our community 👋
Thank you for going through these troubleshooting steps already! This definitely seems odd as the Samsung Galaxy A53 is also listed as compatible with our Square Reader. When you re-downloaded the app, did you see any pop-ups about enabling certain permissions for the app? Looking forward to hearing back from you!
