I can no longer access my online store from the Dashboard and I can't email or contact support. My online store was already set up under the new online store with Weebly. Every time I click online store from my dashboard, it gives me a 404 error.

While we can't get a hands-on view into your site from the Community, it may be worth it to try these Dashboard Troubleshooting steps. Most of these steps are software related, so they should be able to assist with the error message you are getting on your Online Store.
Keep me updated on whether or not that works! I want to make sure this gets resolved quickly for you.

I'm having difficulty finding the live chat to get immediate assistance since the switch over to Square. Hopefully someone can help: My website is showing the 404 message. I am missing out on potential clients. This is the second time this has happened. I have never had any problems with Weebly until lately. Please contact me as soon as possible. So sorry to hear about the trouble with both your Online Store, as well as the difficulty accessing the Support chat. We are here to help!
First things first, the Support Chat access can be found in the Support tab on the Point of Sale app! If you're not using the POS app, you can access all of our Support Team here.
In regards to your website and the 404 error you are receiving, I've gone ahead and merged your post into an existing thread of Sellers who were also looking for information regarding this same error. Take a look at this Best Answer to find some troubleshooting steps for your site, it should be able to get you back in business.
Please let me know where you land after troubleshooting! I want to make sure this gets solved for you.

Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear you're having trouble ordering your reader. We recommend using a supported browser, such as Google Chrome, when going through the order process. Make sure you're signed in to your account, then:
1. Go to http://squ.re/readerrequest
2. Select "Send me a reader"
3. Select Connectivity
4. Complete checkout process!
If that doesn't work, please get in touch with our CS team for further assistance 🙂

I set up just about everything on my online store, but when I click a "Shop Now" button, it links me to a 404 error page.
Can anyone please help me with this issue?

I am having maybe a similar issue? I sent out a marketing campaign last night, and received emails this morning from customers that all the product links are fowarding to a 404 page. I confirmed that my website is functioning properly, and also that the items are available on the website. For some reason, all the links are broken, so my marketing email is somewhat worthless. What happened?

I am having the same issues. I updated my DNS entries on ClouDNS. It has been 3 days and I will get a 4O4 error when I try to access my site (www.rcprintshop.com). When I check my Square account I have this message that all is good? www.rcprintshot.com was successfully connected. It can take 24 hours for changes to appear across all browsers. Learn more
