USPS tracking number from the easypost tracking code?

I've been trying to send myself the free card reader unsuccessfully for the last month.

I had first thought that the usps sorting facility had lost my package, but after the same facility failed to update from 'tendered by usps' after three attempts I'm at a lost.

Is there a way to figure out the usps tracking number or some identification the office would know so I could call them about those packages?

Any advice would be helpful! Thanks!

@mayoujii - So sorry to hear you're having such a hard time receiving a reader! We don't currently provide door to door tracking for our free reader, especially since often times it switches hands between two carriers. I have two suggestions for you:

1. Try shipping the reader to an alternate address. There may be an issue with DHL or USPS delivering to that address for some reason.

2. Stop by one of Square's retail partners and pick one up in person. We'll reimburse you for the $10.00 charge.

Hope this helps! Also, welcome to the Seller Community! 🙂

Like Sean says above I'd say your best bet is to just go buy on. Clearly the usps is having some issue delivering to that address. They'll give you the $10 back via a coupon code and website listed in the packaging.

Thanks for the additional details!

I'll go ahead and purchase one from a nearby retailer, then.
