Transaction payment showing as a "credit"

When I attempt to run the card, customer support for the card states the transaction is showing as an attempted "credit" instead of a payment. I checked the "is square up" site, and it states the processing problems from earlier today have been resolved, but I don't think that's 100% wholely accurate. Anyone else?

Unable to accept QR-based online payments. Items can still be added to cart and promo codes applied, but won't accept payment.
