I would like to speak to someone in the CBD Beta Program..

Concerning the form which you keep sending me.

I can not submit the form unless I add another PDF COA File
which I have given you i think all of them already 50 plus. 

I only have 2 day to fill out the form i have called and no luck.

so I came up with this idea which allows me to submit my complaints
directly to whom is looking over the account.

If you log into my account, you can see that if you answer the questions; 2 & 3
the SUBMIT button is NOT clickable rendering the form from being entered with out me using this file to trigger the SUBMIT button to the show up making clickable.
