Suspicious sign in activity email

i got an email from you guys like some one try go on to my accout at 4.39 am or so .i was sleping at the time ..i dont live with anyone ..can you plese kindly check into that///  Sincerely Chely Aguilar

Thanks for the heads up @ChelyAguilr, sorry I didn't see your post sooner. 

 

We will send that email notification if we see that you've signed into your account from an unfamiliar browser/computer, or at least one that you don't typically use. 

 

We can definitely lend you with this but it will be best to give us call, since we can't look into the email here in the Community. Thanks again!

Hey @fifi1977- First thing's first: Make sure you login and change your password. Also turning on 2 step verification will add an extra layer of security for the time being.
