Suddenly cannot add new customers in Square Register
A couple of days ago we began having trouble adding new customers in square register. We did the whole turn the register off and back on and luckily it started working again. Now for the second day in a row it is not working again. We have turned off and back on. Even left it off overnight. The screen to add the customer will still come up and we are able to add customer data to the fields but the save button now stays dark and doesn't allow us to save. It will still work correctly in the app on our ipad but not on register. This is critical for us to add a customer to a sale. Any help or ideas are appreciated. Thank you!

Sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues with the Register. When the basic troubleshooting steps like turning on/of and disconnecting the power source are unsuccessful, my next suggestion is a Factory Reset.
Not to worry!☝️Resetting your device will not erase important account settings like items, transaction histories, customer lists, or team permissions. It will all be there when you sign back in.

Thanks so much for your response. I did a hard reset and it is still not fixed. I will try to reach customer support.
