Suddenly, I can't manually enter a credit card number - seems to be a new conflict with Keeper app

Suddenly, I can't manually enter a credit card number - seems to be a new conflict with Keeper app.  We've had both Square app and Keeper app for years, never a problem before. But now I can't enter the expiry date manually unless I *uninstall* Keeper password manager app.

Please inform your software folks of this conflict. Thanks.

Just to be clear, is the issue you are experiencing happening within the Square Point of Sale app? We are unfamiliar with Keeper, and we are only able to assist and speak to Square products directly.

 

If you are experiencing issues with Keeper or any other separate app, we would recommend reaching out to their Support Teams directly.

We're going to need some more detail on what specifically you are encountering when trying to enter payments manually. What kind of device are you using? Are you receiving any kind of error message? Where specifically in the process are you finding trouble?
