Store not loading on Computer but loads on phones

Our store loads on our iPhones but will not work with any browser. I have asked others to check it and its the same thing. It says Store is coming when on our phones it shows the store. Any ideas why?

Hey @UnionPTO, this is an interesting issue. 

I would love to dig a little deeper here. Could you share some screen shots of the message you're getting on the web browser? Also what kind of browser are you using? Could you also share a link to your Online Store?

I am using Windows 10 and tried Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Chrome. Others have also tried in on a Mac.

It seems to not be an issue for everyone as I am getting orders.

This sounds very odd @UnionPTO.

I think the root of this issue may lie within the web browser. Have you tried clearing your cache and restarting your web browser? 

Please let me know! We will get to the bottom of this together.
