My accountant wants to know what stock I had on 28 Feb this year. How can I produce those figures from my inventory or inventory history?

Goto your Square Dashboard on a computer.
Then Reports
Inventory Reports
Inventory by Category
You might be able to click the below link.
https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/inventory-reports/category
This give Dollar values in the categories by a time you select. Not sure if this will be good enough since it does not show how many of a certain Item and its cost for the selected date. The best way is to have this in an Accounting software package....Like QuickBooks or ZOHO Books, or Wave Accounting or any others you may find or have suggested by your accountant.
