ours was doing this too, so we bought new stand and new ipad, it charges now but disconnects intermittently. 

I would like for this product to work without this frustration.

Hey @Vineyard7! Quick question what iOS version are you running on your iPad right now?

I toggled the wifi button off then back on and it is staying connected.

So IF we can remember all these 'little' things to remember to help this app work, then we are all doing fine. Frustrating especially when there is a line of customers WAITING.
