Squarespace POS integration with Square attached to wrong location

I have connected my Squarespace account with Square and have been accepting payments using the Squarespace POS.  I have 2 issues I am seeking help to resolve:

 

1. every Squarespace POS transaction is being sent to the wrong Square location.  I tried disconnecting the integration, deactivating the location on Square and then reconnecting Squarespace to Square, but it still connects to the deactivated location.  I have searched and searched and have not found out how to change this mapping.

 

2. every Squarespace POS transaction comes through to Square as a Custom Amount instead of passing through the item name.

When you first integrate Squarespace and Square, you should be given the option to select the location you wish to connect. 

If you are not getting prompted to select your location, please contact the Squarespace team, as this option is given on their app when you enable in-person sales. 

 

Squarespace tracks the inventory when you make in-person sales using the integration, but Square does not. 

This integration allows regular Squarespace users to occasionally accept in-person payments using a Square Reader and our payment processing network, but the Squarespace app.
