Is this happening to anyone else? it's the screen that prompts the user to enter their email address after a transaction. This started a few months ago. Orientation of the screen does not fix it.

Hello @kzsigo!
Follow these steps on your iPad to 'put' the keyboard back together:
- When the split keyboard appears tap and hold the small keyboard icon in the lower right.
- Two options will appear immediately over the icon > tap Dock and Merge. The keyboard will be merged back together, and it will be docked at the bottom of the screen.
This is an iPad setting so you should be able to follow these steps any time you bring up the keyboard (not only from the Point of Sale app).
But if you only use the iPad to take payments you could go to the Items section of the Point of Sale app and tap Create Item/or edit the name of an existing item to follow the steps above.

This worked .. thank you .. did not realize it was an Apple keyboard setting.

Your answering is not helpful, I have a small square box that would light up in green little
round shapes and will process the card when I pushed charge, now it is not working.
