Square Registers

Hello, we are new to Square. We have 2 Square Registers, both brand new, getting them set up, they went thru updates. All fine but the formats between the 2 are totally different. Any way yo make the look the same? This seems crazy that they are like that.

I was wondering the same, the only thing I can think of is if they installed Square POS on one and Square for ....... on the other possibly.
