Hello, I am having strange problem that I cannot solve. I have created several items in my Square account that show up no problem in my Square POS app on Android. However, the items DO NOT show up in Square Register. Does anyone know why items would not be showing up in Square Register? All of the items are configured correctly.

This is an interesting one, indeed! Is it possible that you may have created a second location for your business? If so, items created on a separate location default to being location specific as opposed to both locations.
Also - I realize that this may be a simple troubleshooting step, but I would also recommend signing out of your Register and signing back in. Sometimes this can trigger a manual refresh of your items to make sure everything is reflecting true.
