Square POS - New Hardware questions
I have the new Square POS Register system, only 60 days old. It's been working fine until today and it won't turn on. Confirmed the unit is receiving power, printer lights connected to same outlet are working, but the screen remains blank. Any suggestions?

I don't have a Square Register but is there a power button or reset button you can hold for like 5 or 10 seconds to reboot the system when powering it on?
Your best bet is to call customer support to step you thru help and if necessary set up a warranty exchange.
Any tips you can think of @pessosices since you have a couple of Square Registers?

Hmm, I've never had a persistant issue like that sticking around after a reboot - definitely hope the Customer Success Team were able to help!!

Customer service was great. They replaced my entire unit overnight and sent me a prepaid label to send the old unit back to them. Extremely satisfied!
