Hello, when I put the card into the chip reader to process payment. I receive a message “Remove chip card.” It doesn’t process the transaction.

I have see this a few times with customers. I think the chip may be damaged, not sure, we just swipe the card. Of your putting the card in before the reader is ready. If this is happening on all your cards check out the trouble shooting guide. If this doesn't help I would contact support, your device may be defective.
