Specific dates not Days of the week

Really need to be able to choose specific dates to be able to order online not just the day of the week.  If you shut Wednesday off for that week it shuts it off for every week.  We're needing to be able to have Tue Nov 24 available only not any other Tuesday but can't do that.  Every restaurant I know using the order website wants this too.  We all have days we're closed, have parties, etc and need to turn off a specific date, not day of the week.  Great to be able to open a calendar with all the months and highlight exact dates available to order.  Not all restaurants are always open 7 days a week.  We're close, like many family restaurants I know for holidays, etc.
