So, some of my clients are not getting their marketing emails. I have checked the email addresses, the report says it was delivered, its not in their spam folder. I also noticed that some say that they are not "Reachable" in marketing but say Reachable in the customer directory. I'm trying to keep my clients updated during the pandemic but some just aren't receiving them.
Any ideas?

Can you reply with a screenshot on what you're seeing for customers who aren't receiving the marketing emails? How are you sure that they aren't receiving them?
