Shop now button not working. please help.

I recently published my online store and my shop/shop now button isn't working. Ive done some of the trouble shooting I've seen in the seller forum and none of that has worked. Can someone please help me with this?

HI, can you please share a screenshot? or Link? Is the Shop Now button properly linked to the Shop All page?
