Shipping using Shippo but square only offers Free Shipping as an option

I'm trying to set up a new shipping system using shippo, and I followed all the instructions on their site.  The disclaimer at the bottom saying "this does not change online orders" may be the issue.

 

Orders will only show up as "free shipping" when we get to the purchase page.  I'm wondering if I need to change my shipping profile (I used to do flat rate) or something?

 

All our orders are online
