Shipping profiles and how did my customer get the wrong shipping option?
Hello, Made my very first sale from my new website. I struggled to make my shipping profiles last night and thought I had figured it all out (weighed all products in different boxes, in different combos, made it clear that flat envelopes can ship solely soaps and not my glass jarred body butters). But this first customer of mine seems to have been able to have chosen a super cheap USPS first class rate that shouldn't apply to his purchase. As it stands, I will get screwed out of $10 from shipping fees. How can I fix this? I can not afford to get done this way with each purchase with shipping.

I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble with the postage on the first order in your store - how frustrating! You can double check your shipping settings in your Square Online dashboard by heading to Fulfillment > Shipping.
It might also be worth going through the checkout process on your site to see which shipping options come up. If you'd like to contact this customer about their order, you'll be able to find their details in the Order tab of your Square Online dashboard.
