Seller Community email notifications going to wrong person
I am subscribed to The Seller community Daily Digest & to updates on any threads that I have an interest in or created. As of last week, all the email notifications are going to my boss instead of me. It appears that the correct email address is in my profile. My boss gets a lot of her own emails. She doesn't need to get mine, too. What could have gotten the wires crossed?

Hi @HeatherS, thanks for flagging this - I'm so sorry we haven't replied here yet!
We're investigating this now - just to confirm, neither you nor your boss updated your email address for Square? Are you an administrator on the Square account with Dashboard access, or do you sign in to the app with your own email address? This information will help us to investigate. (No need to share email addresses here, the Community is a public forum!)

Hi @Helen,
I am an Administrator with Dashboard access. I do use a different email address than my boss does to log in. We did not change the email notification setting on our end. It somehow changed inside my profile even though I use only my login & password, not my bosses'.

Thank you! This is very strange - your Community email notifications should automatically be sent to the email address associated with your Community profile and that profile is tied to a Square account.
Unless you have two separate Community accounts the emails should only be sent to the original address you signed up with. Where are you seeing that your email address changed on your profile? Can you send me a private message with your boss's email address or a screenshot of the profile you're referring to.
