Self serve printing delay - Orders don't come through to the register when till is on standby.
Hi
We are using the QR code ordering for self serve but some orders are taking between 5-10 mins to come through to the till / order manager.
We are using the square register and have noticed when the register has not been in use for a while and goes into standby mode orders don't come through until the till is used again. Is there a way of turning off standby mode on the till so this doesn't happen? From what I can see the longest you can stop the register from going to sleep is 15 minutes.

Hi @MJAYS, thanks for your post! Before I look into this further, I just want to clarify: are orders taking between 5 to 10 minutes to come through the Square Register even if the Register is not in standby mode?
With regards to turning off standby mode, I haven't find any settings to turn this off yet but I'm just checking in with our team to see if this is would be possible or if it'd be a feature request.
