Second Store Location

I have an item “Resume Builder.” I want to add it to both my stores, DBR HR and Walton Henry. I have successfully added it to DBR HR after trying many many times to Walton Henry, but it is not available to import. In the items library, it is selected to be listed in both locations.

Can anyone please help me as I am very disappointed that this seems to be challenging for me? I feel so clueless!

I recently had the same situation. I contacted support (Call them) and they were able to manage it through the development team.

Reach out and they will get it sorted for you.

Let us know when it gets resolved, we have seen it a few times in the community.
