Search function not working in Site Design. Category Not working on Create new Product
I create a new product. I then go to Choose category. It used to be simple. Now Choose Category just takes you to the location to create Categories. All page work done now lost. It's a two step process now. Create product page. Save product page. Got to site items, find product and assign categories. A 5 second task turned into something much more complicated. I like to add information and specifications to my product pages. To do this, create product page, save product page. Go to site design, search for product page and edit. Now the search no longer works. It's impossible to bring up the page your wish to edit. I noticed this about a month ago. Figured a bug that would get fixed. Still happening. Thoughts? Thanks

I'm sorry about frustrations you're facing. I too as a fellow seller have experienced similar challenges with categories. While I don't have an immediate solution, what I can say is that Square is aware of the challenges that sellers are facing with categories and is actively working to address many of those challenges. Input from sellers like you (and me) help to surface these challenges and get them addressed as soon as possible.
