Sales Tax Error

Working on Sales Tax Reports for last quarter and noticed on several receipts that the sales tax did not match up with the Purchase Subtotal. After doing the math, I determined that Square was subtracting convenience charges from the purchase total, and then charging sales tax on the difference. I double checked the receipts to make sure the Purchase Subtotal matched the items purchased before the convenience charge was added. How do I fix this?

Actually, I think I just figured it out. My convenience charges were setup "to be included in the item price", when they should have been setup "to add tax to item price".
