Report Errors - cannot generate shift report
Currently seeing the following message:
Report Error. We cannot generate a shift report preview due to a connection issue with Square service. Please try again later
I've got two locations seeing this now

This definitely seems like a complicated one. I will go ahead and suggest you call in order to have our support team assist you with troubleshooting this Report Error.

Ok, but there's no help available late at night when this just happened, so if this is a common issue, there should be a troubleshooting option available.
