Recurring charges from Squareup but no receipts

I have had a recurring charges to

my bank account (via debit card that I no longer use) that started May 9th and has continued to charge me every week $80, every 5-7 days. Tried using the receipt lookup form and no matter what transaction I plug in, I get a “Page not Found”…. Frustrating doesn’t begin to explain this situation and calls to Square have yielded literally no results and have been absolutely no help whatsoever. Bank is currently in the beginning phases of disputing the charges but can only go back so far, leaving me with 4 months worth of charges that I can’t get handled.  What are my next steps to take to get Square to help in any way, shape or form?

Ask your bank to issue a new card, all new numbers, 3 digit code and expiration.  I had similar charges from a marketing company online. I called bank said I tried cancelling showed phone calls to their number and sent in emails and a screen shot showing I sent to their email address to cancel.  Finally they said instead of disputing it we will issue a New card and Credit card number and essentially close out that card.
