Hi, I make rings, they have many options, ring size, metal choice... They took me weeks to set up and I've just realised they've all gone, just completely disappeared from my website! All those hours and hours of work and now I look totally unprofessional as it says on every page " choose your ring size and metal choice from the drop-down below" and there are NO drop downs, at all!!!!

I can see that our engineers have identified a subset of Seller accounts that appear to be experiencing a similar issue, and they are currently working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Hi Sinead, thanks. I've actually been waiting for a repair for 6 years, to fix my blurry logo on www.jopond.com, but that was never rectified, despite many many messages with weebly engineers over the years. This is the last straw. I won't be renewing my website with Weebly when it expires next week. I will wash my hands and walk away!

I fully understand your frustration, and Iโm sorry to hear that our team hasnโt been able to resolve the trouble youโve had with your logo. While this is normally something that our customer success team would look into at an account level, Iโve gone ahead and asked our eCom engineers to let me know if there is anything that may have been overlooked when trying to assist you with this in the past. Iโll be sure to let you know what they come back to me with.
Regarding the unlinked item options, unfortunately the team is still working on a fix, and it would appear that yours is one of that subset of accounts I mentioned. Iโll keep a close eye on that conversation, and let you know as soon as a resolution or work around has been established.

I just wanted to let you know that our engineers are still working towards a resolution, for the issue of missing item options. I appreciate this is taking longer than expected, and I will continue to update you here as I learn of new developments.
With regards to your site logo, the Weebly team have advised that if youโd like the image to display in a higher quality, itโs recommended that you use a photo hosting site made for photographers, like Flickr.com. If you remove your current logo, you should then see an option to upload a flickr url rather than a locally saved image. This should result in a higher quality image.
I understand that your intention was to look at alternative options at the end of your current billing cycle, but if you have decided to remain with Weebly, or you wish to renew your service in future, I hope this helps.
