Printing Packing Slips

I have read all the articles I can find on the subject, and still can't print packing slips.

Items & Orders> Orders> click any order> From the 3 ellipses at the top, click “Print Packing Slip”> nothing happens.

What changed from just a few weeks ago when I could print these? I have tried multiple browsers as well, to make sure I did not have a pop-up blocker on. Nothing works to print packing slips. Using Windows, so the iOS excuse is not valid.

Hey there, @FlamingEyeballG - 

Are you trying to print the packing slip from the Retail app or Square Online? 

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to get the printing going again? I don't want to make you repeat any action that hasn't worked for you already. 

I will keep an eye out for your reply👀.
