Previously entered customers are no longer showing up

I added a few customers to my directory a couple of months ago and they are nowhere to be found.  I can add new customers and see them.  Any tricks on finding them?

Welcome to the seller community and thanks for surfacing this.

 

You should be able to see full listing of your customers in the online Square Dashboard: Directory tab. From there, you'll be able to review and search for any specific customers by name.

 

Hope this helps clear things up. If you're still not seeing everything that should be there, please let our Customer Success Team know—they'll be able to take a closer look into your account.
