Post Update Issues

The most recent POS update caused a lot of issues for my business, and it appears that some of you suffered similar circumstances...

I use square retail to receive online orders for my restaurant.  Since the update, all of my incoming orders are named Walk-in-guest, and the usual personal information isn't available.  In addition, I can no longer change the status of orders from in progress, ready, or picked up.  I can't even refund, or cancel an order.  

Has anyone else had these issues, and if so, have you found a way to remedy them?  

Square support has been no help on this.

Can you provide a screenshot of what is showing on your end?
