Placed an Order for a free electironic service that didn't process

I created a free pdf and it's not processing on the online store. Please help. Thanks!

I'm sorry for the confusion. At this time it's not possible to 'sell' a free item in the Online Store.

This is because to complete an order your customers are required to enter their card information.

There's a $1 minimum for processing credit and debit cards with Square. So an order can't be completed if the price of the item is $0.00.
