Hi!
Recently we set up our online store with weebly so we could have contactless ordering during Covidian times.
Today we had several orders in a row where I saw the email come through on my computer, but my team didn't see them populate on the register/ipad. The orders did eventually come through but only 15 min after we'd helped the customer. We only have a 5 min prep time and this is only happening intermittently.

I haven't heard of this happening. Can you check through these app troubleshooting steps to make sure that your iPad and Square POS app are all up to speed? Once that's finished, please let me know if you're still seeing that lag in orders coming through. I can run this by our Weebly team if that's the case.
