Orders missing on mobile

I downloaded the POS app to my iPhone today. When viewing the menu, everything was listed except for the Orders category.  (Checkout, Invoices, Reports, etc.) Seems pretty important to be able to access those on the go. What am I missing?

One clarifying question, what kind of mobile device are you using to view orders? The Orders Tab will appear on your mobile device once your Online Store is created and accepting orders. More on getting your Online Store up and running here.

It’s an iPhone 6. My site is functional and accepting orders on my iPad.

Got it! Thanks for clarifying that for me, @DA49! This is strange, indeed. I would recommend flagging this over to our Support Team. They can take a deeper look to see where the holdup is.

 

In the meantime, it also may be helpful to double check and make sure your Square POS app software is up to date to the latest version in the App Store! This can sometimes delay certain features from appearing.

We are having the same issue with "Orders" not appearing on one of our devices.  The phone is a Samsung S6 and there is no order section appearing - even though we have an online store and the "Orders" section is showing on another phone - Samsung S10.  Is this a software or hardware issue?  Tahnks

@HighParkBrewery It sounds like either a compatibility issue or software issue. Is that device updated? Also- do you have any other devices you can check your orders on to see if they're doing the same thing as well?
